We sincerely apologize for the lack of response many of you have received to your emails. Many of you have emailed us with questions and requests and received no response. This was due to a problem with our spam program. Ever since we started as a ministry, we have had enormous amounts of spam. For quite some time now, we have noticed a drop in emails being received at our office, including internal ones, but could not locate the problem. Just recently, we discovered that our spam blocker has been diverting email questions from our visitors and friends into our spam box. Unfortunately, many of your emails were deleted and lost before we realized the error. We have been able to save only those emails received after March 12. To those who have not received a response, we sincerely apologize. We are working to catch up on the outstanding emails since March 12, and hope to respond to all of you in short order. Please resend your requests and questions if you have not heard from us, so that we can do our best to answer them. It is also possible that, as a result of this problem, your own email provider may be marking our responses as spam. You may need to go into the settings of your email provider to locate any possible missing emails and "unmark" them. We regret this setback and pray that your important questions and our responses to them will get through. Your continued prayers for protection and blessing are coveted and cherished greatly.
