We live in a time in which everyone should be preparing for the return of Jesus. Those who are seeking truth should study the messages of the three angels in Revelation 14:6-11. Read the full text of the Three Angels' Messages

These messages to the world express God’s love and mercy. Like Ezekiel 33:11 tells us, only a God who finds no delight in the destruction of the wicked would sound such a warning to His beloved children:

As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die?

We know that the Three Angels’ Messages are specifically for the people living in the last days of this world’s history because the verses following their cries describe Jesus’ Second Coming:

And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle (Revelation 14:14).

We are told that angels give the messages in these verses. An angel can simply be a messenger. In fact, the first definition of angel in the dictionary is “a messenger of God,” which is what this passage in Scripture is referring to. It simply means that this message for God is to go to everyone in the world. Let us examine each of the messages:

The Second Angel's Message
The Third Angel's Message

As a tender and compassionate Father, God calls us to wake up from our despondency and false sense of security and see that we are indeed living in the time of judgment and soon the cup of iniquity will be full in the earth and probation will close upon it. Jesus is about to stand up and say this, like it was prophesied:
He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city (Revelation 22:11-14).
