Strange lights seem to appear in photos. Some are undoubtedly hoaxes or overexposed film, but some appear unexplainable. Here light appears around mystic Maria Esperanza as she prays at Betania, Venezuela, flanked by a priest, Father Vincent Von Euw, and Sister Margaret Sims of Marian Messengers.

Pictures taken of the Lady of Guadalupe often show this strange light. Some believe it to be overexposed film. Others declare that it is the Shekinah Glory of Numbers 9:15-16. The question is, does the Bible teach that the Shekinah Glory moves around or appears anywhere other than in the temple above the Ark of the Covenant? In addition, the worship of images and icons is contrary to the Ten Commandments. Could God really endorse the false teaching of image and relic worship espoused by the Roman Catholic faith?
