DidYouKnow?
"Did you know that kale is ranked as one of the world's healthiest foods? This powerful cancer-fighting agent is a member of the cabbage family, and loaded with phytonutrients. But the health benefits don't stop there! Kale is often called the "king of calcium", and is loaded with vitamins A, and C. It is also a good source of B vitamins, manganese, dietary fiber, iron, and many other nutrients. It helps to prevents cataracts, by protecting the eyes from the sun's damaging rays. Kale's combination of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, make this vegetable a health superstar! Look for kale with firm, deeply colored leaves. Testimony
"I have watched many of Prof. Veith's videos...most of them 2-3 times from both series. I have learned to let go of the world, for I see finally that there is nothing in it for us. We only have Christ...our only hope. Thank you, and may the Holy Spirit continue to bless the critical work you do."
