Translators Needed – Help us reach more people across the world

We need help to translate our lectures into your language group. Would you like to help us?

If so, please send us an e-mail with your contact information and your comments to:
translations-ready-to-start@amazingdiscoveries.org.

If you know of any existing translations in a language not yet listed on the chart below, please let us know who to contact to obtain these translations, so we can add them to this site.

Getting Setup – First things first

To start translating our materials, you will need to do 2 things:

  1. Read our Translation FAQ (TR-0002) to help you understand what you can and cannot do when translating Amazing Discoveries' material and how to get access to our transcripts.
  2. Fill out this application form (TR-0001) and send it to us via fax or email as a scan or picture. This way we know who's doing what and can ensure that you receive all the necessary resources to do the job well.

Through this application process, we can ensure that 2 translators are not working on the same project. Once we receive all your information, we will give you access to our FTP server where you can download the transcripts for your project.

Translation Blog – Stay in touch

Once a signed application has been received by our office, you should register with our translations blog, which will keep you updated regarding new transcript releases, new videos published for translation, powerpoints, publication help, and more. To register, go to translations.

Helpful Resources – Solving problems together

In this section you will find documents that may help you with technical difficulties surrounding your translation project. They are made available to you thanks to courtesy of other translators, however they haven't been checked for accuracy.

Definitions and Codes – Demystifying the Jargon
