Seeking a Dedicated Administrative Assistant to be on-call for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Data Entry
  • Some project management using Asana
  • Editing and updating Training & Policy manuals as needed on an ongoing basis
  • Creating powerpoint presentations and Reports for executives for board and staff presentations
  • Transcribing notes
  • Organizing Files
  • Researching information for Executives - articles, stock pictures, etc. and distilling information for quick assimilation
  • Availability 9-5 PST but flexible with work hours if something urgent is needed 
  • Proofreading skills would be an asset
  • Locating and arranging items - such as staff gifts, donor gifts, booklet publishing, etc.
  • Posting social posts, job postings, updating web pages, etc.
  • Cleaning & sorting emails 
  • Must be highly responsive and willing to take feedback.
