Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor & coordinate our projects to bring them to completion
- Communicate across departments to ensure projects are on schedule
- Work closely with each department's manager
Skills & Qualities Required
- Training in project management preferred
- Advanced writing, editing, verbal communication skills
- Strong computing skills / Technical ability to navigate web interfaces
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete them successfully on time
- Familiarity with media production and marketing are assets.
- Personal: have a close relationship with Jesus Christ, sets a good example for others, and has a good understanding of Seventh-day Adventist beliefs, follows the Spirit of Prophecy
- Ability to work in an organized manner
- Ability to notice problem areas, address them in a timely fashion, communicate to appropriate personnel quickly
- Willing to work additional hours if necessary to get the job done
- Flexibility to adapt to urgent projects or unusual situations
- Self-starter - able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passionate about evangelism
- Broad experience in marketing, writing, video editing an asset.
- Vehicle & driver's license mandatory if onsite. Remote position may be considered for part of the job.
