Amazing Discoveries needs an experienced Builder / Building Maintenance Manager to assist with our expansion and maintenance of existing buildings. We have many building needs in order to prepare for our mission school. If you have years of experience with building, as a general contractor, consider applying for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain existing buildings in good order through all 4 seasons
- Correct issues that arise throughout the year, such as plumbing, painting, and repairs
- Prevent damage to & deterioration of buildings by taking appropriate action
- Maintain the shop in an orderly manner
- Able and willing to teach mission school students basic building techniques
Skills & Qualities Required
- Be highly experienced with all forms of construction including: cement work, foundations, framing, roofing, drywall & mudding, flooring, finishing, plumbing, basic electrical
- Be able to read building plans
- Be able to plan for new building projects including obtaining material
- Be orderly in their manner of work
- Have a team and service mentality
- Be able to operate tools, generators & equipment safely
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be safety-minded
- Be responsible with funds and accounting
- Vehicle & Driver's license mandatory
- Be able to drive pickup trucks & backup trailers
