Amazing Discoveries is a mission-driven Seventh-day-Adventist-based non-profit ministry whose goal is to expose deceptions in the areas of creation-evolution, the religious world, Bible prophecy, and current events and to present Bible-based truth to those dissatisfied with society's answers and searching for meaning and purpose. We believe the Bible has answers for today's problems, that prophecy has a literal-historical fulfillment and that the second coming of Christ is imminent.
In the Client Relations Department we are responsible for customer, donor and guest experience, whether through the phone, digital contact or in person. This position has a variety of tasks including, operating AD's call center, processing orders and donations, data entry and more.
Our department has a broad responsibility as AD only operates one call center. Therefore our Client Relations Representatives must be able to pray with people, sell products and minister to inquirers and donors.
The skills required are varied therefore in order to ensure the best fit for AD and you, we ask applicants to complete multiple skill tests and personality tests.

Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customers for feedback, and follow-up
- Pray with clients
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Phone etiquette, ensuring calls are answered in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Thorough familiarity with Amazing Discoveries material
- Excellent knowledge of computers. the Google suite, and MS Office
- Quick learner
- Able to work independently, and go the extra mile to complete work
- A missionary's heart, willing to pray with customers, and be a sympathetic listener
- Selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
