We are currently seeking an experienced and self-driven Digital Fundraising Coordinator to join our team and fulfill our core values. This is a permanent role on a full time, on-site (preferred) or off-site basis.
Working directly with the fundraising manager, the incumbent will work on programs relating to donor acquisition, retention, and cultivation across digital channels. The individual will oversee and implement digital fundraising activities, from the planning to execution stage. This includes, but is not limited to, campaign brief development and approval, management of all campaign collateral development and production, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

- Digital fundraising campaign planning and execution
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the digital fundraising program, including coordinating between internal stakeholders and vendors
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to support the execution of various digital fundraising campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create data files for email marketing and ad targeting
- Campaign reporting and data analysis
- Track digital fundraising campaign results and produce end of campaign reports and analysis
- Recommend program changes as required based on results
- Work with vendors to support donor data related processes
- Participate in planning and strategy sessions
- Post secondary education in a relevant program
- 2+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and techniques
- Analytical approach to assessing results
- Strong critical thinking
- Good eye for user experience design
- Methodical in executing multi-stage projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High-level attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to resolve issues in a courteous manner
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet firm deadlines while under pressure
- Proven ability to problem-solve and reach sound resolutions
